  1. Hi I live in Milford. I was wondering how much to join. I saw your list of Discounts. I work as a Case Manager for the Arc in Westwood . I served 15 disabled young adults with behaviors. Stressful at times . Anyway I have Harvard Pilgrim Health for insurance. Thank you, carol LeBlanc

    1. Hi Carol,
We have specials running all the time. Drop by we give a 2weeks free membership no strings attached. All our pricing will be available to you when you come in. We have great classes and I know you would be happy with us. If you call the club Monday afternoon and talk to Krissie she can fill you in on any specials we have running. Thanks so much for your interest in Midtown. We would love to help you burn off your stress. You deserve time for your health. Marie

  2. Waned to mention that I am not seeing hours of operation listed on the web site. If they are there, they are not easy to find.

    1. Hi Silvia
There are several different options. The best is our coupon mailer for 25.00 per month. Drop by for more info. All classes except spin are included. We also sell packages of coupons for just classes. I look forward to seeing you.

  3. Been coming since I got back from my deployment this summer and love the SPARC room. I’d just like to suggest a couple of additions for the room based on the Tac Athlete programs I’ve done in the military.
Heavier Medicine balls larger soft sided 20-50# besides the slam balls. A second set of KB’s so people can work with matched pairs of equal weight or wait for a specific weight to be free. Sandbag set (light, med, hvy). GHD machine.
Maybe Santa can bring these for Christmas to work off all the holiday food 😉

    1. Kevin,
So glad you are enjoying our SPAC Room. We love hearing that. We will certainly be adding more to the room as we go along. I have 2 TRXs that we will be putting up soon. I appreciate your suggestions and will definitely put them on my WISH list. You never know what Santa has in his black bag.:)

  4. Hi, Wanted to let you know that this was the third weekend in about the past month that there were no cloths for wiping down equipment. All three baskets empty. I asked the first two times and was told “no cloths, sorry”. Maybe can put out paper towel? Maybe post a couple more signs about wiping down since few are doing it. Maybe one more bottle near serius steel?

  5. Hi Marie, I was wondering if the floor area close to the equipment and tables could be cleaned? Typically the gym is so clean, but there are thick layers of dust and even some dust bunnies near the base of most of the equipment and some of the tables. Those of us with dust allergies would most appreciate. Thank you.

    1. The membership fees vary. You can drop by for all the different ways to join. We are running a 3 month membership through January 15th that we don’t usually offer. Court time is 15.00 per hour. Usually split by 2 people playing. We also offer a 2 week free trial that would mean you only pay court time during those 2 weeks. Hope to see you soon.

  6. Wondering your price for a senior, 65+. membership, with all fees taxes etc. for ONE YEAR.
I DO NOT want Silver Sneakers, I would like to work out on my own as needed.
Please don’t say that I have to drop by to get a quote as I won’t as I am pricing all gyms in the area and will make my decision on that.
    Thanks, Ed
